Job Details

Training & Development Manager

  • Provide on-going coaching and guidance for Departmental Trainers to ensure consistency of quality training for all colleagues.
  • Monitor the progress of department training to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved. 
  • Design, produce and implement training programs which meet specific property needs.
  • Obtain a network of specialist training professionals who can assist with the conduct of training programs for advanced or specialist training.
  • Overall in charge of Performance Management System; HOD target setting & PIP Program as well.
  • Overall in charge of Customer Delight Program & excellent employees' relationship. 
  • Responsible for Succession Plan & Talent Management.
  • Implement annual Staff Engagement Survey and draft action plan.
